How quickly will I get a quote?
Quotes with photos usually come back within the hour during working hours (7am–7pm Monday–Saturday), and by 8am next morning for evening enquiries. Phone descriptions get an immediate verbal estimate, confirmed in writing once we've seen photos or the job itself.
Can I book a specific arrival time?
We book two-hour arrival windows as standard, and the crew calls or texts around 30 minutes before arriving. If a job genuinely needs an exact time — a lift booking in an office building, a house completion — tell us and we'll schedule it first of the day, which is the only slot no earlier job can push back.
What happens after I send the form?
Your enquiry lands with the team immediately and a real person replies with a fixed price and available slots — there's no automated pricing bot and no obligation.
